We work with private owners only so; we only receive homes as they become available to us The great thing about a privately owned home is you get hands on service and communication. The owner cares for the property as much as you will when you call it home. You can always check to see what we have available

RENTAL INFORMATION:The security deposit is same price as the rent monthly. The security deposit is due at time of approval, to hold the property and first month's rent. *If approved  The application fee is 50 dollars per applicant, non-refundable  (persons that will be on the lease) and it covers; background, income and credit checks. Requirements are; A 580 or above credit score , no evictions or judgements against a landlord. No active bankruptcies. Income needs to be 3 times the rent Longer than 1 year lease available.

Houses-Tenant pays all utilities.( Sewer, gas, electric, trash, water) Pet deposit 300 non refundable. 25 dollars first pet 10 dollars every additional pet monthly pet rent ,if applicable

Apartments- Tenant pays electric and gas, trash and water NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING ALLOWED
