We're so happy to have you here. We work exclusively with private property owners, which means homes become available to us as owners list them. The benefit of a privately owned home is personalized service—you'll receive hands-on communication and care from someone who values the property just as much as you will when you make it your home.

Rental Information:

Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent and due at time of approval to hold the property, along with the first month's rent.

Application Fee: $50 per applicant (non-refundable). This covers background, income, and credit checks. All leaseholders must apply.

Approval Requirements:

-Credit score of 600 or above

-No evictions or landlord judgments

-No active bankruptcies

-Verifiable income of 3x the monthly rent

-Lease terms longer than 1 year are available

Houses:

Tenant pays all utilities: sewer, gas, electric, trash, and water

Pet Policy: $300 non-refundable pet deposit. $25/month for the first pet, plus $10/month for each additional pet.

Apartments:

Tenant pays: electric, gas or water, and trash

No pets allowed

No smoking allowed
